Delta Swimming Complex
Delta Swimming Complex is a public ActiveSG pool at 900 Tiong Bahru Road, Singapore 158790, operated by Sport Singapore. It is open 8:00am–9:30pm every day except Wednesday, which is its weekly maintenance day. On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday the competition pool also opens early, from 6:30am to 8:00am. ActiveSG states that the sheltered teaching pool stays open during Cat 1 lightning alerts.

Early competition-pool access
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday the competition pool opens from 6:30am to 8:00am. During this early session only the competition pool is open, not the teaching or wading pools.

Pools and facilities
ActiveSG lists one competition pool, one teaching pool and one wading pool. The teaching pool is sheltered. The sport centre’s other facilities are separate and are not covered by a swim entry.
Sheltered teaching pool and lightning alerts
ActiveSG states: “Teaching Pool remains open during Cat 1/Lightning alert.” This applies to the sheltered teaching pool only:
- It does not mean the competition pool or wading pool stay open.
- It does not guarantee space in the teaching pool, or that a coach or lesson will run.
- Other closures, maintenance, haze or air-quality measures, and staff instructions still apply.
Accessibility
ActiveSG lists these features:
- The swimming complex is on the ground floor.
- A pool wheelchair is available; ask the Guest Officer for help.
- There is an accessible toilet.
- An accessible ramp leads into the sheltered teaching pool.
These features don’t cover every transfer method, and only the teaching pool is listed with ramp entry. If you need a specific route from drop-off through reception and the changing rooms to the pool deck, call the facility on 6203 9246 before you visit.
Getting there: MRT, bus and parking
- MRT: ActiveSG describes Delta Sport Centre as within walking distance of Redhill MRT (East–West Line).
- Bus: ActiveSG says the main bus stops connect to the main entrance by an overhead bridge and sheltered pathways.
- Car: the sport centre car park has 128 car and 36 motorcycle lots, shared with all sport-centre users.

Swimming lessons at Delta
Public pool admission and coaching are separate. ActiveSG doesn’t guarantee lanes or teaching space for private coaches.
