About Sengkang Swimming Complex
Sengkang Swimming Complex is a public swimming complex in the North-East of Singapore, located along Anchorvale Road. Sengkang Sport Centre is co-located with the People’s Association Anchorvale Community Club, and the complex has one of only two sheltered pools managed by Sport Singapore.
The complex opened in 2008 and is used by lap swimmers, families and swimming classes from Sengkang and the surrounding area. It has training pools and dedicated children’s changing rooms.

How To Go There
By Bus:
- Take buses 80, 86, 102, 119, or 372. Alight at the “Anchorvale Community Club” or “Sengkang Sports Centre” stops.
By MRT:
- Alight at Sengkang MRT Station on the North-East Line, transfer to the LRT, and get off at Farmway Station (SW2).
By Car:
- From the TPE, exit at Sengkang East Road and continue straight before turning onto Anchorvale Road. The sports centre is on the left. Parking is available on-site (rates apply).
Sengkang Swimming Lessons
With a shallow teaching pool and a wading pool, Sengkang Swimming Complex is a practical venue for beginners and young children, while the 50m competition pool suits stroke improvement and the higher SwimSafer stages. The sheltered pool area is also useful for lessons on very sunny or rainy days, although lessons still stop during lightning alerts.
SwimmingComplex.sg accepts enquiries for private and group lessons for kids, adults, ladies and other learners at Sengkang. Available time slots depend on coach and lane availability.
