Jurong West Swimming Complex
Fun Pool, Water Slide and Lazy River closed: 5 October to 6 November 2026. ActiveSG lists these three attractions as temporarily closed and also shows “partial facility access” for the complex. It does not say the whole complex is closed. Check the ActiveSG facility page for which pools are open on your visit day, and do not assume the attractions reopen on 7 November until ActiveSG confirms.

Jurong West Swimming Complex is a Sport Singapore public pool at 20 Jurong West Street 93, inside Jurong West Sport Centre near Pioneer MRT. It is normally open 8am to 9:30pm every day except Tuesday. The Competition Pool also opens early, 6:30am to 8am, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. ActiveSG lists it as an Inclusive Pool, with a pool wheelchair, an accessible toilet and a wheelchair ramp into the Training Pool. ActiveSG’s own sources currently differ on which swim pass applies here. The facility page labels Jurong West a Normal Pool and does not include it in its feature-pass list, while the ActiveSG individual rates page (updated 25 August 2026) lists it among the Special Features swimming complexes. Rates differ by pool category, residency, age and weekday or weekend. Check the pass shown when you buy at the counter or in the ActiveSG app, or call the venue on 6515 5332.
Pools and attractions
ActiveSG names a Competition Pool, a Training Pool, a Fun Pool, a Water Slide and a Lazy River at this complex. The Fun Pool, Water Slide and Lazy River are closed until at least 6 November 2026. ActiveSG does not list a wave pool or jacuzzi here. Height, age and supervision rules for the slide are not published on the facility page, so ask the Guest Officer on arrival.
Accessibility
Nearest lift access: Level 2. A pool wheelchair is available (ask the Guest Officer). There is an accessible toilet and a ramp into the Training Pool. These features do not mean the pool suits every visitor or learner, so contact the venue about specific transfer or support needs before your visit.
SwimSafer assessments (West CAMS)
Since 13 August 2026, the West SwimSafer CAMS assessment centre has operated at Jurong West Swimming Complex while Bukit Batok is under works. ActiveSG expects it to stay here until March 2027, subject to operational requirements. Published slots are Mondays and Thursdays at 5:30pm and 6:45pm, and weekend sessions from 11:30am to 3:15pm. Best time to visit
For quieter recreational swimming, weekday off-peak periods are generally more comfortable than weekend afternoons. Lane availability may change during programmes, school holidays, CAMS sessions, maintenance or poor weather.
